Hunnyfly’s Yogi’s Into the World mission is to educate ourselves about this global community. Especially the other animals of the earth. We are destroying the habitat of thousands if not millions of creatures large and small. The ONLY way we change is through education and direct experience – join us on this cool adventure.

Tour runs July 12 - July 28th 2019

Itinerary

Tour Includes lots of activity and much of the day spent outside.

  • July 13th: Arrive in Johannesburg on the 13th or 14th (early morning). You will be met at airport by leaders of VetPaw.
  • July 14th Drive to Camp and begin the education process by VetPaw members and conservationists.
  • Traditional hill tribe meals and the opportunity to try rice wine around the Jungle Lodge campfire.
  • Full days monitoring and observing wildlife
  • Local Hot Spring nearby
  • Assist with anti-poaching and wildlife conservation
  • Unlimited bottled water

REQUIRED: Passports and Visas

There is no VISA required for South Africa 

Your Opportunity to Volunteer

Travel with Hunnyfly to South Africa this summer! Support conservation efforts along with VetPaw.org. Join Hunnyfly and become a “Mutagomeli” a guardian for animals that are constantly under attack from poachers. We will be assisting with monitoring and tracking of elephants, rhinos and leopards. 

AND learn about the new conservation and education policies. 

What to Pack:

  • Sun protection (hat and sunscreen)
  • Camera
  • Raincoat or poncho
  • Swimming clothes (and towel)
  • Flashlight
  • Insect repellant
  • Sturdy, enclosed footwear for hiking in the African bush; sports sandals & trainers are okay for hanging out around camp.
  • Lots of energy, especially for daily wildlife observing and monitoring
